Every member is a union worker and that means they receive livable wages, great benefits, and are taken care of if anything happens. Our team lives in the region and are personally invested in it. They live and work here and pay taxes here. 

Beyond our workers being personally invested, all unions dedicate hours and energy into the area. The Power North workforce has volunteered their services to Habitat for Humanity, Construct Tomorrow, and countless local fundraisers. Although it takes workers off money-making projects, it’s the right thing to do for everybody.
